Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Signathon LLC ships within the United States. Our shipping warehouse is open Monday through Friday 9 AM EST to 4 PM EST. Orders received after 4 PM EST are processed the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Signathon LLC uses UPS and USPS for all shipments.
Express Shipping service is not always available. We make every effort to ship Next Day Air Service out the same day ordered as long as that order is submitted by 2pm EST Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
International Shipping
International Shipping is available, and the cost covers the transportation, insurance, duties & taxes. These costs will be calculated for you during checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the country you select. Prices are presented in the currency of the country to which you are shipping. You have the option to ship International Orders via UPS World Ship and or Worldwide Economy. You can expect Delivery in one to two weeks to most locations.
Shipping Promotions
No promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied to International Orders.
Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship to over 100 countries, including most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, South Africa, and Japan.
Shipping Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Such services are available, provided that the customs clearance is performed by UPS Supply Chain Solutions brokerage offices designated by UPS for clearing these packages and there is not a delay caused by certain events beyond our control, such as a government agency hold.
If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the reasons beyond our control, Signathon LLC is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.
The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS' control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, and any delay due to natural disasters.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches to the specified delivery hub i.e., UPS, USPS. After that, it is out of our control.
We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control.
Some Items May Ship Separately
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
