If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags (box, garment bag, etc.) and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. This item may include scratches, color variations and other imperfections with the use of natural leather.
As for shipping costs, those are not refundable.
You may cancel any Signathon order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled. You may return the item once you have received it for a money back guarantee.
